Mario’s place was absolutely incredible. We used the recommended private transfer from Catania airport, and were met for a private check in. John shared restaurant recommendations and also let us know the next door rooftop was also available if we would like as there weren’t guests until after we checked out. Spotless clean, with all utensils and appliances supplied. Location is unmatched, steps away from the main street. Could stay here for weeks. Will definitely be recommending to anyone staying in Taormina.

Tolles Appartement, mit absolut zentraler Lage und mit trotzdem relativer Ruhe. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine der schönsten Terrassen von Taormina, welche auf zwei Wohnungen aufgeteilt ist. Im Haus befinden sich zwei Airbnb Wohnungen, auf welche die Terrasse geteilt ist. Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation über den Host (Ann England) ist perfekt. Sie antwortete jeweils nach wenigen Minuten und gab uns auch hilfreiche Tipps. Die Betten waren bequem, das Badezimmer wirklich schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Mario's place was like living in a dream it was without a doubt the most beautiful place I’ve stayed and right in the centre of town. The views were stunning looking out over the sea and mount etna. The roof terrace was my favourite place to sit in the mornings. We would definitely come back again.

AMAZING experience! Probably the best rental house I have ever stayed in. We were extremely close to the main Corso Umberto and San Domenico Palace hotel. Lots of great restaurants and shops around. We rented both apartments which was perfect for our group of 7. Both were on the same floor and had the same amenities which was great. Best part was definitely the rooftop terrace. Full 360 degree views of Taormina…from the beach to Mt Etna to Castelmola to the Greek Theater. We spent many nights up there just enjoying the view! Worth every penny! Ann was our caretaker and she was able to accommodate an early check in for us as well as give us great tips for local produce and shops. She was also so great at communicating through whats app for any questions about the apartment or local recommendations. 15/10 experience!! We will be back!

The apartment is centrally located, a great base to explore Taormina from, clean and well set up. Communication was great. We had some noise issue and the host was immediately responsive and resolved.

The apartment is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews it is located within easy walking to everything. We were grateful for the A/C as it was hot during our visit and the washer of course. Our check in was excellent with some great tips and directions to the market, restaurants and local favorites. We also had a quick responses from Ann, our contact, when we had questions about the apartment. Spent a day at Caravella beach club and I took a cooking class with Chef Massimo while in Taormina. Both outstanding experiences. Walked down to the park as suggested and spent the day exploring Taormina off the beaten track and found it to be a quaint and lovely town. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Taormina in a more low key fashion. All the restaurants are in close proximity, 5 min walk to the Gardens. Beautiful view from the top deck.

We stayed in this apartment for one month and found it to be a home away from home. The pictures are accurate, but truly do not capture the true beauty of the location. The convenient location of the apartment deserves six stars! The apartment was very clean and well decorated without being fussy. We loved it. The bed was comfortable and the linens provided were good quality. Cooking was easy in the well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed many meals on the terrace, with a view of the sea and Mt. Etna. Booking was easy, and many questions were quickly answered. A special thanks to Ann, who provided information about the apartment and Taormina, checked on us often, and became a friend.

The San Domenico appartment was really lovely and in a great location. I particularly loved the terrace which offered stunning views of the sea and the hillside behind. It was a delight to have either breakfast, lunch or dinner there and especially nice to sit out in the warm evenings and have dinner as the sun was just setting. Everything was on your doorstep and within easy reach whether that be for the supermarket, ice cream, wine, designer shops, restaurants or bars - the choice was endless.Taormina is very beautiful and the flat just emphasised that.We had a great stay and an amazing holiday!
