Collina delle Agavi, characterized by a minimal but at the same time welcoming design, is spread over three floors.
On the ground floor we can find a bathroom with showerl & a large and modern open space, divided between a panoramic living area with flat screen TV / Netflix and a dining area with equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms (two of which with jacuzzi and single sofa bed), all with private bathrooms, air conditioning and flat screen TV.
On the second floor there is a panoramic bedroom with hydromassage shower, flat screen TV, air conditioning and private terrace.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden, a BBQ and dining area ideal for spending some relaxing and fun moments with friends or family.
